Mason is the best! Two kids and a dog can really leave your car in ruins, every time I get my car back it exceeds far beyond my expectations and looks brand new. Not only does he do a great job detailing the car, he’s also very accommodating with picking up the vehicle so I don’t have to find another ride to drive me home and back for arrival. I went to Biana for a consultation for a cut and color almost a year ago. She listened to what my goal was. She got my hair from dried out frizz to healthy and shiny. The color that she has been using is wonderful, and leaves my hair like silk. The cut she suggested on me most recently is by far the best I have got. I couldn’t be more pleased with Biana and how much talent she has. The salon space is bright and cozy too.

Debbie one of the stylist has always gotten the correct shade of platinum blonde that I always wanted . She is a master of color and I highly recommend going to her if you want to change your color and have some fun. She gets it perfect everytime . May even do a rainbow color for pride month and I'm sure it will be amazing . Highlights lowlights styling - highly recommend Debbie ! The other stylists seem wonderful too but haven't gotten color treatments by them . 10/10 service .
My husband has the kind of very straight hair that can be really hard to work with. His cowlicks add to the challenge. He struggled for years to find a good barber and haircuts often shook his confidence in his appearance.
During the pandemic, I cut his hair a couple of times and learned a few tricks that worked, but I'm no barber. It was far from perfect. When it was time to go to a barber again, my husband found Troy.
I wasn't sure how this person I'd never met was going to respond to a wife coming and telling him things about how to cut her husband's hair, but I was pleasantly surprised by how open Troy was to me doing that. I gave all of my tips at the beginning and then left, though Troy kindly welcomed me to stick around.
Not only was he receptive, he listened. He gave my husband an excellent haircut. He's been giving him excellent haircuts for the 3 years since then. Never needed a reminder of any of those tips. Always makes him look so polished. Remembers the length my husband likes it to be. Gets every detail so perfect.
My husband comes home so confident in his appearance, which makes me very happy. He'll go to Troy as long as Troy cuts hair.
Perfectly standard barbershop. Straight and to the point cutting style--heavy clipper over comb work, finished with scissors. The barber is friendly, and checks in multiple times to see that you're happy with the results. Personally I feel he was moving a bit too fast--there was no one else waiting. I think his station could've been cleaner. Overall it's fine if you want a regular cut--no fancy fades--and be in and out quickly. I'm not sure if I'll return, but I wouldn't tell someone not to go there.

Barber was very nice to talk to, but quality of cuts just isn’t there imo, my shape up on one of the handle bars was cut to far in, missed the mark. Had to use a straight razor to try to remedy it. Slightly disappointed.

In general, I sort of dread my trips to the hair salon because the result just never seems to be what I want, and I always leave looking the same as when I went in, even though I always say I want a new look. Well, I decided to give Fantasy Hair Design a try today. I was in desperate need of a good haircut and style, and for the first time, a permanent color to hide my grays. I brought some pictures of myself that were taken some 25 years ago, and I showed them to my stylist, Kaitlyn McCarthy. I wanted to return to shorter, more manageable lengths for my kinky, curly hair. She listened attentively to what I wanted. She gave me a thorough consulation and offered a color suggestion. The end result? Aside from a few more wrinkles and some extra pounds, I look exactly the way I looked in those pictures 25 years ago. I never bother to write reviews, but Kaitlyn deserves this because this is the best haircut I have received in decades, and the colors she chose and combined were perfect for my complexion. On a more personal note, Kaitlyn was professional yet pleasant and personable, and she and I held a wonderful conversation throughout the appointment. Thank you, Kaitlyn! Three generations have serviced our boiler and hot water heater competently. And when there's a crisis (like flood from old water heater) they respond super-fast, even on weekends and holidays. The one time they made a mistake they came back and fixed it for no charge. Very nice people.
We had an emergency at our home and needed a plumber ASAP. We called Mark's plumbing and he came down within 15 minutes to check out the problem. The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day. GS Pro Plumbing was the most professional plumbing company I've ever used. George communicated throughout the entire process and worked with me to find the best solution to my problem. We scheduled the date and he showed up on time and meticulously took care of the project. I feel very secure that George did the best possible job fixing our shower valves. Sean and his team were great! I hired them to clean up the electrical mess a previous contractor had created. They were efficient, showed up on time, and offered great advice regarding lighting fixtures, etc. They also installed a new floodlight for my driveway. Looking forward to having them back to complete some more electrical work throughout the house.

We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.

I hired John Buttaro, Inc. to construct a one car garage including an attached vestibule/mudroom with coat closet connected to the main house along with a composite deck in the backyard. I screened over ten contractors before hiring. He provided me one of the best estimates even though it was over my budget. I actually knew of John's company from my time living in Woburn as his house was not too far from my old house. I can't say enough good things about John. He has been in the construction industry for over 50 years and his attention to detail is evident when speaking with him. Most general contractors/builders try to rush to get the job done so they can move on to their next project. Not John. He and I were in constant communication and he made sure I was happy and informed on progress. He has a few guys Rocco and Gary who are very nice, hardworking, and amazing craftsman. John's subcontractors for framing, roofing, siding, insulation, plaster, concrete, flooring, all did a great job too. The work was professional and clean. As the owner, even John got his hands dirty in building my deck and used his tractor to excavate the deck footings. I highly recommend John's company for any construction and renovation work on residential and commercial properties. I already have him on call to do other work on my house and will recommend him to family and friends.Thanks John.

We cannot recommend DD Elite Landscaping highly enough! Rey was so fantastic to work with. He turned our completely torn up yard from our prior major construction project into a masterpiece. He hydroseeded our front and back yard and now we have perfect bright green grass. He came multiple times to check to make sure everything was growing as expected. He planted multiple flower beds and went with us to the nursery to make sure we were happy with our choices. He also created a front walkway with stairs and a new light post and railing. The work was absolutely incredible! We gave him a vision and he over delivered! He thought about things that never even crossed our mind and it turned out beautifully. We are so happy with his work. His team was so professional, timely, and detail oriented. Will use him for any and all of our future landscaping or hardscaping needs!
We are beside ourselves with the outcome of this project! Eduardo spent time with us making sure he understood what we wanted and helping us understand things we didn't know. The final product is exactly what we wanted and more; done professionally and correcting things from the original installation (done years ago, by the previous homeowner, with another company). Once we find a contractor we trust, we don't let them go. We plan to contact J&E to look at all future projects.

Those are generally temporary in any case). Responded in realtime to one minor issue which was addressed satisfactorily.
Mark and crew were excellent! They listened to my concerns and executed my tree maintenance expertly and efficiently - answering questions I had along the way. They worked all day (I had many trees that needed attention) and cleaned up all debris. My experience here was exceptional. As a 15 year old who has Scoliosis and has been to many different places for treatment, I have never found another place like this. They have treatment specialized for you. They care about you. They don't treat you like a job.
My spinal curves have improved greatly, and I didn't need surgery. I started looking for treatment for my scoliosis at age 13, risser 4. I was able to reduce my treatment by doing exercises and wearing a brace. Wearing a brace can be really hard for outfits, but the way these braces are specially customized to fit you, it was easier to wear what I wanted.
The team working at Scoliosis 3DC is amazing. They are so kind and friendly. They have great experience, and really know what they are doing.

My family been using adams for forever and I been bring my animals for 25 years. And I had to recently put one of mine down at the emergency vet on Cabot and never told them about it. We come here all the way from Marblehead! Dr Bysko diagnosed our English bulldog with a liver condition when we got her spayed (I chose Woburn bc we did a less invasive one). If we had not gone here I don’t think we’d have a proper diagnosis today. The care here is unmatched.
I was visiting my husband's family in a neighboring town this summer when my neck completely locked up. Mihail went above and beyond to save the day. Not only did he stay late to fit me in, he expertly fixed the problem. His depth of knowledge regarding human anatomy is impressive, to say the least, and his technique is flawless. I've been getting massages for years in LA and no one has come close to his level of expertise. If I lived closer to Woburn, I would, without a doubt, have a standing appt. He's an absolute genius.

When I tell you this studios Esthetician Yorelis has magic hands I mean it! I have extremely sensitive skin and not once did my face feel irritated, hot, or burn. Hugh Turcotte has set me up on the road to recovery only after 1 acupuncture appointment. Dealing with a herniated C6 & C7 disc, with the C7 being in close proximity too my nerve root, I deal with constant migraines, swooshyness/dizziness feeling when I move my neck in any direction. Upper back constantly cracking and is extremely tight, my chiropractor said he couldn’t even do anything for me bc it was so tight. After my first appointment with Hugh, I haven’t felt that good in YEARS. I am so excited too see what else he can do for me with my future appointments. Tricia is extremely warm and welcoming, educated and professional. Her combined education of Chinese, Japanese, orthopedic, sports medicine, facial and cosmetic acupuncture, and Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy...I mean, what?? I went in for a shoulder injury, which was tackled and added facial and cosmetic acupuncture. I have severe acne scars and Tricia is the first professional to confidently take care of me without judgement. Her desire and passion to actually HELP blew me away.
