Rich was so helpful during our gut-reno inspection. A lot of stuff was not yet installed at the time of inspection and Rich's perspective was a huge help in leveraging for updates to get done by seller.

Rich was very helpful and identified issues that we couldn’t ever found ourselves! He was patiently explained everything to us and make sure we fully understand them. Highly recommended!

Rich left no stone unturned, and he delivered a timely and thorough report. As we walked through, if I had a question he would pause and make sure everything was clear before we moved on. After the report he was kind enough to recommend a few home-care tips that were specific to the home we viewed. Rich's breadth of knowledge and experience in the trades really shows.

I hold a current MA Construction Supervisors license as well as being a MA Licensed Home Inspector. I've been an ASHI Certified Inspector since 2000.
