Richard was incredibly thorough during my home inspection, leaving no detail overlooked. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but he took the time to patiently explain every aspect of the process. He broke down the complexities of the inspection in a way that was easy to understand, helping me feel confident and informed about the condition of the property. His expertise and clear communication made the experience much less overwhelming, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Rich was so helpful during our gut-reno inspection. A lot of stuff was not yet installed at the time of inspection and Rich's perspective was a huge help in leveraging for updates to get done by seller.

Rich was very helpful and identified issues that we couldn’t ever found ourselves! He was patiently explained everything to us and make sure we fully understand them. Highly recommended!
