Winchester Animal Clinic has a friendly and professional team that cares about animals and provides helpful, informative service. The staff is experienced and affordable, making it a good choice for pet care. However, some customers have experienced issues with billing, such as unexpected charges, and concerns about record-keeping, as receipts cannot be replaced if lost. Overall, the clinic is caring and reasonably priced.
My cat got a number of vaccines that I didn't agree to and that she doesn't need as our only indoor pet. As a result, the bill came in materially above what I'd been told to expect over the phone. I complained about it and was told that the services had already been provided, so there was nothing I could do.On the plus side, the clinical staff seem to know what they're doing and are a friendly.
They're very professional and caring, as well as affordable. The only drawback I find is they don't seem to keep computer records. They warn you that if you lose your receipt they can't replace it.
My cat Webster goes there and he is a Prince - You don't take a Prince just anywhere. No over testing at all to drive up the bill. My observation is they are not in this for the money but are committed to the betterment of mankind and animalkind.
