We recorded a delivery of a bouquet for the loss of our dog. The very kind delivery man not only hand delivered the flowers but helped carry in three giant boxes that had been delivered from a separate company at the same time. At eight months pregnant and grieving from the sudden loss of my puppy; this simple yet kind gesture made my day. Just wanted to shout out the amazing service of this shop!
I ordered a dogable flower arrangement through their website to go to a dear friend who just suffered a tragedy. Michelle took the time to call me to tell me since they are over 2 hours away they didnt want to just reject the order so they took the time to call at least 6 other florists in the local area to see if they would do the dogable flowers for me and called me with an update sharing who they located in the area. That is customer service you rarely find anymore. Most would of just rejected the order but they took the extra time to research and gave me a personal call. I appreciate this so much and will send business their way whenever i can!
