“A wonderful local yoga studio. I particularly love Amanda’s classes, but all teachers are great. Nice community too!“
“This yoga studio is nothing but great! I love the small business atmosphere and community it provides. I would recommend any and all of the teachers and classes that are offered!!!“
“My daughter was a pupil here for thier after school program. My little brother was a former student and recomended it to us for our autistic daughter. She is not a very athletic type at all and we had major reservations but decided to give it a shot. Very glad we did. A great bonus is they pick up her from school along with the other students everyday and walk over to the stuido just 2 blocks away. They really were great with her. She is not a problem child at all but due to being on the autistic spectrum understandably would be a harder child to work with during the martial arts class portion of the daily structure. Master Disipio and all other staff was never once discouraging about her extremely slow progress and in fact was surprisingly optimistic about everything especially in motivating our very unmotivated daughter(lol) while still being sensitive to her differences to the other students. All and all a great alternative for the everyday after school program. Each day every child get a mix of play, education, self disipline and structure. Would highly recommend it.“
“Liz is absolutely amazing. My mom has been going to her for years for therapeutic massages and I was lucky enough to have a session with her myself. She walks you through every step and even explains how your body (muscles and allignment) truly is along with ways to correct. The studio is welcoming and calming. Highly recommended!!!“
“Dr. Tracey is wonderful. I went to her years ago and I looked up so i could refer her to a friend.“
“Amazing studio with incredible instructors! Highly recommend this local gem. I joined before my wedding to ease my stress and it became my favorite part of the week! The studio is cozy and clean. They have all the equipment you could need. The instructors are calming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. You can go at whatever pace you want and they always give alternative moves so all levels can participate. The community they cultivate is equally as amazing.“
“My son Daniel does physical therapy with the horses. This place is amazing. Caring knowledgeable, absolutely wonderful. We are so thrilled to be part of Bina farms.“
“The most beautiful space, led by the most compassionate humans. Wonderful class variety. Always welcoming to those taking their first class and those with years of practice. So very grateful for the Sutra community. -- Ps. Arrive early for parking and for navigating up to the 5th floor of Mill No. 5. (Sutra is worth it!) --“
“I recently became a Tai Chi Acupuncture client in North Reading with Dr. Michelle. If someone had told me the difference it would make in my quality of life I would never have believed them. I suffer from a progressive degenerative demylating disease similar to MS. I woke up every day to debilitating spasms and pain that I had decided I would just have to learn to live with. After my first visit I woke up the next to no pain! It was gone! It felt like a miracle.I love how Dr. Michelle explains what she does and why. She even let me borrow a book on Acupuncture to read. The staff is amazing working to schedule appointments around a crazy work schedule and numerous doctors appointments.Tai Chi is an amazing place. I strongly recommend you try it out.“
“Love this studio! So many variety of classes! All the instructors are really good and really nice! Always accepts song and workout requests! Social distancing, masks and multiple sanitizing stations! So safe!“
“I get consistently great reviews from patients that do yoga with Judy. She is knowledgeable and always advancing her skills with new training/courses. As a chiropractor I encourage lifelong movement and this is a great option. Highly recommend! - Melissa Crossen, D.C.“
“Vicki and her teachers are friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of classes and times offered and cost is reasonable. I've been to a few different types of classes and always leave feeling great and usually learning something new! Highly recommended!!“
“Yoga Moves is an amazing yoga studio — incredibly friendly, diverse & welcoming. The classes are geared towards all different levels and the instructors are phenomenal. Yoga has become a passion of mine since joining!“
“Friendly, funny and informative! This was my first 50 minute class and Lacey was upbeat and helpful with correcting my form on the exercises. The class flew by. Looking forward to taking more with her.Update. Been taking classes since January and absolutely love it. Lacey is so energetic and funny. Working out has never been so enjoyable.“
“I have been going to LPY for years. I love the studio and its management team who are also excellent yoga teachers. I find a lot of variety in the classes. Yoga, of course, but also TRX with Elaine - her classes are challenging and a real workout with several series of exercises that keep changing at each session-, Shine with Julie - a fun danse cardio class- barre class with Sarah or Yoga sculpt with Jenna. Great studio, great teachers!“
“I started my first yoga class over eight years ago at Home Yoga. The beginner course helped me feel comfortable learning the basic poses. COVID forced me, like others to take classes at home. Home Yoga made the online adjustments easy with a great group of teachers. Brian H“
“We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday at Home Yoga yesterday and it was the most beautiful, unique, warm, zen party! The girls had the best time and Nicole (planner & instructor) is amazing! She knows what she is doing and makes it so special!!!! Her journey around the sun with us telling her story from birth to now was so emotional and such a perfect idea! All the moms were crying....the parents had awesome feedback! Something we will all treasure forever. Thanks so much to Nicole for making it the best birthday yet. I will recommend to everyone.“
“a cozy & snuggle litter center with many restaurants. Live concerts Sunday noon in summer/fall.“
“I called Robin at the last minute for an appointment, and even though I was a first time client she still agreed to work me in, so long as I was willing to share my time with her 4-month old granddaughter. That worked out much better than I imagined it would. She barely missed a beat between poses while she tended to the baby's needs and then back to mine. If I hadn't been in so much pain going in, I might not have gone for it and would have missed out on a great massage. If you've never had Thai massage, it can most easily be described as passive yoga, but that doesn't really do it justice. Robin's technique and delivery was great, she is very personable, and she wants to make sure your comfortable, yet still getting the full benefit of the treatment. Her prices are VERY reasonable, especially the introductory rate. I just wish her regular sessions offered were longer, but then again, Thai massage takes a lot of physical effort. I'm not into a lot of the traditional eastern healing and Robin didn't make me feel like I had to learn a whole new language or accept a whole new culture just to enjoy my massage. I also took in a yoga class that same evening and the class was small and intimate. It was, as advertised, a beginning yoga class, but I was able to get what I needed from it, as it was geared to novices (from a pose description POV) yet allowed for plenty of stretching and challenge where I needed it. Will I be back? Definitely. Will I encourage friends and strangers to go? You betcha!“
“I feel so fortunate to have found Move 2 Joy and after over a year of taking NIA classes there have found that my balance, muscle tone and general sense of well being has increased greatly. NIA is such a wonderful blending of light yoga, meditation, and dance, with a touch of martial arts and there is no better teacher than Rosanne, the owner of the studio. You won't find a more lovely, well planned, warm and inviting studio. Can't rave enough....and with much gratitude.“
“I've been to many yoga studios, but none that have the sense of community that the Yoga Loft does. I started practicing here about a month ago. The owner and instructors have quickly learned my name and really gotten to know me. Furthermore, the classes are awesome, and there is a variety in types of classes, styles of instructors, workshops, and more. So glad I found this place!“
