Waltham Pest covers all of our properties. They are nothing but professional, kind and very knowledgeable about their craft. If an issue pops up, Phil is quick to respond and mediate. We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony. Unfortunately, no tunnels were found as we would have had to break down drywall in two of the rooms. Plus, there is a french drain in the area which complicates the situation. The person who comes to our facility is Dustin. He is someone that always does a good job. He is pleasant to all the departments he needs to visit. I personally feel comfortable contacting him when he isn't at our facility to ask a question or talk to him about any issues. Kudos to a ob well done!
