We had a huge problem with the flashing system in our toilet and we were desperately looking for help. Unfortunately for us, other companies that we contacted ether did not do residential plumbing in our area or can't promise anything in about a week. Super Service Today company was very responsive and they send us the service man right away. Roy C did a wonderful job for us. He came to our house just after 10 am and at approximately 12:30 pm a brand new toilet was installed. Very happy with our service from Ervis from Super Service. They responded quickly and Ervis was able to come by within the hour on a Sunday to help diagnose and fix an issue with our gas stove. Pricing was very fair based on my research. Would recommend Super Service and Ervis to anyone.
The technician Roy was great. Helped stop a shower leak that was sending water to the downstairs unit. Got there quick on a Saturday and resolved the problem. Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Saved us from dealing with a much bigger issue. Great service, highly recommended.
