We had two crises in the same week - heat stopped working and sump pump failed. Heat went out first - I called them as a first-time customer and they came right away. I called a lot of other local places that morning and none of them were able to fit me in the same day, meaning we would have been without heat overnight during a noreaster, but John was flexible and responsive - and was able to accommodate our busy work schedules that day on top of it.
