From the first call and speaking to Shelia booking a service call lto the technicians that responded. A seamless experience. Arrived on time or early got right to work explained the work they were doing and soultions to fix the problem. First day way snaking the drain to isolate the problem then camera inspection the next day. Both technicians were top notch Andrew and Brandon made me a customer for life. But the call is what started it all. Shelia worked with my schedule and seemed eager to resolve my problem. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. Just had a most friendly call with KP drains. My basement got flooded last Tuesday. They explained to me it was because of the dry well I'm having in my house. That's out of their services. They gave me advices on who I should call next. Very appreciate it. I can tell they are very experienced and friendly.

Hi We used KP Drains on Sunday 7/23. Our plumber Joe Green from Skill Pro recommended them immediately when it was determined we had a huge drain blockage. We called on a Sunday and Mike came out shortly. We can't say enough about Mike having to clean out several drain areas and unclogged our garbage disposal. He did an amazing job and we were up and running happily last night! Thank you. Carol & Mike.
