New customer. Called for quote. Three times the amount for repairing my heating!!! I had to wish them "good luck" and Hung UP. Do not not how they stay in business, very poor customer service at best.

We have used Kevin Scott several times now and are very pleased with their work. They're always on time, do what they say they're going to, and thoroughly explain what needs to be done. We previously used another well known plumber in the area and were disappointed (bad communication and overpriced), despite all of their 5 star reviews. We have been using Kevin Scott plumbing for years, they are always prompt, professional, and competitively priced. Recently we had a plumbing issue, they came out in less than a half an hour and started working to resolve our problem, while they had to refer us to KP Drains they did do everything they could to get things ready for them and were very affordable. Amazing service and highly recommended
