We had a squirrel getting into our attic.Called empire to install new flashing around the chimney to keep the squirrel from getting in.Jim Sullivan came right out to my house and provided a fair estimate.The work was completed within 10 days.Empire replace 4 skylights in our kitchen a few years ago and they did good work with no drama, no chasing, no stories.I'd gladly call them again for more things to get taken care of.
Very responsive and I was extremely pleased with the finished product. The people working on my projects clearly cared about doing a good job. I won't hesitate to make Empire1 my first call in the future when I need work done again.
This outfit is great! You won't go wrong for the owner (Clinton) stands behind his product and is reliable with LOTs of experience (1000s of Velux skylights installed). I had them order 3 custom skylights, box them in completely as well as do two roof areas of my home. All came out great. I have been through many contractors before and its nice to find one that is a real professional rather than a "friend of a friend who knows how" or a small contractor who doesn't know what he doing or will rip you off.
