I was late in picking up my items and they gave them away .never called me no notice NOTHING .One item was a handmade blanket my great grandmother made .I'll never forgive that. This incident was a few years ago and under different management. I've recently dropped items off for others and myself and I must say they did an amazing professional job.Im impressed.So take this review for what it's worth and the moral of the story dont forget your items that need picking up !Service: Standard cleaning

If I could rate lower, I would. Although the cashier is always helpful and friendly, I have given this place 3 chances and have been disappointed each time. At best, they don't clean anything at all- I'm talking minimal dirt that I could probably wash out myself that "cant be removed" and my clothes still smell like my perfume when I pick them up. At worst you end up with a $200 dress RUINED with unidentifiable brown stains that weren't there when you dropped the dress off (even though they'll tell you they were).
