Shannon was amazing. We had relocated to Austin, TX and all of our tax documents were in storage and the bank needed them to help process our mortgage. We contacted Shannon on a Friday of a holiday weekend at 5:00pm and by 6:30pm, she had left us two voice messages and the documents were sent to us via email. It was so fast, caring, and efficient!
