Friendly and efficient to both animals on their first visits after moving. After moving to the area I was still driving two hours round-trip for veterinary visits until my nephew and friend both recommended WAH. It took a bit for a new patient appointment and transfer of records communication could have been smoother, but all was worth it in the end!
Dr. Hersman has been a caring, compassionate, and honest provider for my pets over the last 15+ years. I would trust no one else with their care. I cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. I usually bring my cat, Miesh, to the Springfield location, but they couldn't see her soon enough to assess her quality of life, so we were sent here. On May 23, I was welcomed at this location. The moment we walked in, The front staff was very sincere and immediately set up a room for us with a blanket. Doctor Anderson was very polite and explained everything in detail and thought it would be best to euthanize, which I was prepared to do as my cat wasn't able to keep anything down for the last 2 weeks.
