I have a complicated prescription and Robin always gets it right. If it is off he fixes it. I worry he will retire and I won’t know who to go to. Love his attention to the detail in the prisms in my prescription. Also always willing to adjust my glasses bc I wear them up on my head and stretch them out(my fault) and he puts up with me!
I went there today on a whim because my glasses broke and I have trifocals, so I can’t see anything without them!!, They were not the company I purchased my glasses from!!! There was no reason for them to fix them!!! They could have told me to go to where I purchased them but with no questions asked, they fixed my glasses, with no problems and they didn’t charge me!! I will be going to them from now on, that is the personal care that I want from an optometrist!!! They make me feel welcomed right from the start when I walked in, and I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors, and I’ve never had the treatment like this when I walked in there!! Rob the owner was great! Took care of me right away even though I am not a regular customer as I needed my glasses fixed. It was a bit complicated but he figured it out and did not charge despite all the work he did. A very large selection of frames too!
