They came when they said they said they were going to right on time, did the job in one day as they said they were going to, did a great job cleaning up just like they said they were going to, made all the repairs that they said they were going to and all looks fine. We got majority of our windows done and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The only complaint I have is that we have found a ton of nails from the old windows around the house and in the driveway, we have animals and children and that is super unsafe. Other than the nails New Horizon is as great at communicating for the most part and everyone that we worked with were very professional and always there to answer our questions. Chris in sales was very professional but also didn’t treat us like we were just some customer and trying to get a sale for himself, he was in no way pushy, just humble and great to work with. Amazing experience in home remodeling. They serviced our roof with awesome quality products and the communication was great. Experienced sales rep David sold me and my wife like it was his house he was focused on making better, and we appreciated it.
