Friendly personal. Helped me choose the best waterproof flooring for the customer that was close to his choice in color. We needed to install it soon so we chose something in stock. Mouldings were not in stock but they were fedexed to me in a couple of days. Customer loved the floor when it was installed

My father recently had a waterproof vinyl floor put it. Otis was very helpful in finding us enough of the floor we wanted that was no longer in stock. He was so helpful. There were some issues between what the estimator recommended and what the installers felt needed to be done. The manager Mat worked with us to rectify the issue. The two installers that came ( Thiago and Joao) were wonderful. They were hard working and efficient. At the end of the first day they made sure everything was picked up and put away. The arrived punctually on the second day even though they lived 2 hours away. The floor looks amazing! Each part of the process was great. I would just be prepared...read full review
