Really impressive experience all around. So many kind, knowledgeable staff from staff in the store , and the staff delivered my washer machine with the time and also got ever thing done an a good job, Thank all

I have never received top-notch service from anywhere as I had received from Jeffrey at the Wilbraham Home Depot. He was deligiant, patient, thorough, understanding, empathetic and I did not have to jump through hoops to get the help I very much needed!
Also, a shot out to Joe!! These two guys are the best of the best. Kudos to you both!

I like Home depot in Wilbraham because they always have what I need. And most of all the customer service workers are very nice and respectful and they always find a solution to the problem specially IRIS she always finds the solution...
