My husband and I both had our eyeglass prescriptions filled at Walmart in Northbridge Ma. and the service was wonderful. Mike and Melissa the 2 associates that took care of us were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Not really a problem with service at the time of bating glasses. Got 2 pair of glasses and one of them using VSP in September of 2020. Paid what I was told was the deductible to the the Vision center at the time. I got a letter in late June 2021 that it was not the correct deductible. First if it sent to me on timely basis I could use my 2020 FSA and secondly that they were trying to help me by delaying informing me seems like utter bull. I have used VSP a few times with non-VSP vision centers and never had this happen.
Went yesterday to pick up 2 pairs of glasses for my daughters. Melissa was so helpful and nice that I ended up ordering a pair for myself. She loves people. You can tell she is the correct line of work. The prices were just right too!
