Luis & Juan just left a few minutes ago after a total catastrophe we had with an overflowing sink on the 2nd floor. They arrived in just over 2 hours from my initial call, surveyed the situation quickly on three floors and started right in with measurements and mitigation. So far the experience has been great. They were calm, but knowledgeable and efficient. They assisted in every way possible. Right from the start, we felt confident that the process was underway and headed in the right direction. The people at ServPro are top notch. Andre and team had worked with me and my insurance adjuster to make sure that things could be processed promptly, and when we didn’t get a response from the insurance right away, Andre took it upon himself to make sure that everything was done accordingly and expedited to the best of where he stood in the process. We would probably still be waiting had it not been for him and his involvement. Not to mention, the professional nature of the entire ServPro team. I am very impressed and will be sure to continue to recommend their services to anyone who may need them!
