I knew this company was the real deal since 2017, when another company wanted to sell us a new unit for thousands of dollars, but John diagnosed the problem as simply an obvious cut wire and fixed the existing unit. “Boucher recently installed a heat pump and air handler in our home to replace our previous air conditioning. Boucher was easy to work work, arrived on time, were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The new outdoor unit is super quiet, was moved to a more convenient location and keeps the home consistently cool throughout the day and night. We obviously haven't used the heat yet, but so far we are very happy with our purchase!“

First off my admin people are very happy because all our surfaces in the office no longer have dust. When it was time for the installation of the heaters, we had the privilege of being assigned Ryan, Nick and Pat for our home. These 3 young men were wonderful. The reason why they are included in this is due to how this company went well over to get me the help I needed and also did many follow up appts to make sure I had heat and hot water while I fought with AHS to get the help I needed.
