We have a berber carpet in our living room that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long (we moved in 2 years ago so I’m guessing years before that). It had coffee stains, stains from our kids (vomit, food, amongst other things), and also from our cat. It was GROSS. I wanted it to be cleaned just so it would FEEL clean again. Not only did Bliss achieve that for me, they also got the stains out! Look at the picture. Yuck! Lee from Bliss is also so incredibly nice and helpful and was an absolute gem to work with.
