“I was in an accident and broke my nose. I walked in with 2 black eyes and Lian took the time to do a color consultation. I was in the chair for a long time but the end result was long lasting coverage of these 2 black eyes. She took the time to tell me about the products used and the techniques to apply them. I'm a little leary about putting my picture out on the web. Call me old I get it but I assure you my friends and family were so surprised at how much was covered up and how natural it looked. “Jackie was amazing! My first cut with her and I was a bit nervous, she made me feel relaxed with her calm and gentle demeanor. She was gentle with my hair and considerate of my requests. I tend to get overstimulated easily at hairdressers and I did not have any issue with that here. Jackie was gentle with handling, the music and lighting were inviting and calm (not too loud). Ideal place for someone with sensory issues and anyone that wants a great haircut.

“Great haircut! I have straight-ish medium-length hair (with bangs) that is growing curlier as I grey (yay!). When I first visited Fringe Studio for Hair a month ago, I asked for a cut that would help my hair curl with a minimum of fuss. Jen did wonders for my hair! “There have been a handful of times when someone other than Herdis has touched my hair (or eyebrows) and I've always been disappointed--no one does hair like she does. Her cuts are always fantastic and grow out well (the test of a good cut), and whether I ask for something funky or more conservative, she nails it. As far as color goes, Herdis knows her stuff and always makes me look great. I have very dark hair naturally, but live my life as a believable blonde thanks to Herdis's magic foils. Having had some not-so-good experiences elsewhere, I can't tell you what a relief it is to be in the chair of someone who I know is an expert and is going to give me exactly what I want. All of the products she has recommended have been right-on for my washing and styling needs and for a small salon, she has a really great selection of Redken and Paul Mitchell products. The salon itself is warm, inviting, calm, cozy, modern, and clean--the perfect setting for relaxing and getting pampered. All in all, I can't recommend Fim Salon enough!“
