Have redone numerous fillings and rebilled the insurance company every time. Never provide a detailed bill. Last time only received a receipt for what I paid them but did not detail the services. I am transferring my entire family away. Awful.

It's November again, and every year when I think of Thanksgiving I am reminded if a horrible experience I had at this dentist's office in 2018. Just wanted to mention this, in case anyone was thinking of using this service and wanted to check reviews first.

im pretty sad about this review, because at first i thought this was a five star place. I even referred my family members here but thankfully they never went. The last time i'll ever go here, I went to get fillings and i left super disappointed. The dentist who never introduced herself didn't use enough numbing cream and when i told her it wasn't numb enough, she still proceeded to doubt me and inject me with novacaine and i felt the whole thing. it was painful and i even had a bump form temporarily where she injected me. i still was not numb enough, that usually happens and when i told her she doubted me again and proceeded to drill into my teeth, still being able to feel it. She injected me with more novacaine, didn't wait even a minute for it to grab before she went back to drilling. she made very insensitive jokes at the beginning telling me she wants "it to hurt so i don't come back for more fillings" and when i was leaving said verbatim "torture is over for you" i did not find this funny. The assistant even asked me if i had any problems before leaving. I'm not white and this dentist is in a predominantly white area, if that matters to anyone. my mouth is pretty sore the next day but i'm glad that's all it is. also at one point while she was talking w the assistant she was drilling with one hand and using the other hand to motion about something. I also heard them refer to me as "this girl" when they came back to check on the novacaine, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my appointment so needless to say i'm taking myself elsewhere.
