I travel here all the way from Mattapan, and they are so thankful every time.

I really feel like a Princess. They compliment me, ask about my day and how my life is going.

If I just want to sit and attend to business on my phone, they'll work quietly. Kimmy, Rose, Lily, Roger and Kim are techs I've personally worked with, and they're phenomenal.

I've been going once a month for a year. I love watching HGTV as I get my services done, but the plexi glass from covid creates a glare.

I like to make appointments, because I travel from so far, but if I'm ever late, they always adjust for me.

I moved an hour away and still drive here because they are the only place that I trust to do my eyebrows. It's like a curse - I've tried going other (very reputable) places to save time and every time they get messed up. Princess Spa keeps my arches on point
