The water came into the utility room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. My husband, David Higgins, and I have Used Liam for quite a few years now. He's an excellent, economical, and professional builder. We have used him to build decks, stairs, hang doors, etc. He always seems to have the time for your project and takes a real interest in doing it correctly.
