Four stars only because I did not have the rug cleaned. A very nice gentleman helped my unload my runners and he read the tags. He explained they were made of jute and would not be able to be cleaned of the dirty areas. I appreciated his help lifting the rugs and his taking time to read the labels and advise me. Because they were so soiled I decided not to have them cleaned.

Kennedy carpet is the best company ! I had my carpets cleaned and everything came out amazing ! The team cleaning were punctual , professional , providing highest quality service ! Highly recommend!!
