We contacted our pest control contractor after a few weeks of waking up with insect bites. We were concerned about bed bugs. They referred us to EnRoute Services. James responded to my call within a couple of hours. Serviceman Royce came out the next day. He was courteous and thorough. He started by taking a history of the events that prompted our concerns and empathized with us. He explained the inspection procedure and drew a picture of what he was looking for. He then did a careful inspection of the beds about which we were concerned. No evidence of bed bugs. No charge for the visit, just reassurance. Next day, James called to ask for feedback.
