They quoted me a large fee just to try to find the issue, even after I told them we knew the problem. The person that arrived was rude and combative. I got another quote for 1/2 the price of the original quote within an hour from a manager, that was off putting, so they over charged me with the first quote? I chose to call another company that did the repair for 1/2 the cost of even the diagnosis.

Anderson Plumbing deserves a much better rating. I spoke with the owner Dave multiple times for my tankless water heater, and he is always very responsive,m and explain everything really well. They are not like most plumbing companies hiring an operator to answer the calls who has no idea about anything when i call in. Most time when I call Anderson Plumbing, they actually have someone knows their stuff and can tell me what options I have. That's a huge plus for me and their price is also very reasonable. Sent an email directly to the email address provided on their web site on March 28 for a quote. Two days later they responded asking for my phone number. I replied the same day with my number. No call back. Sent another email 2 days later. I still have the emails to prove it. It's been 13 days since my original email and never got any call. Can't comment on their plumbing skills but their communication skills are seriously lacking. This seems to be the case with most plumbers, electricians, etc., but that shouldn't make it okay.
