I have used Padgett in Aurora Illinois for many years, dealing with Bob Kovanic specifically. He is always attentive, answering emails and calls in an efficient manner. Bob has given me excellent advice over the years with my taxes and even future tax planning, so that I am always well prepared for the next year. Bob has consistently been available throughout the year when a tax question has arisen, so that I am always compliant with tax code and don't get burned come April. I have referred other to him, who have all been very happy too. You couldn't be with a better company.

I had been trying to get help for a tax snafu involving my parents, Spain, the IRS, a grifter and a misplaced shed of documents. The details are weird but unimportant. I had called 11 other tax services and not one of them even bothered to call me back. Padgett returned my call immediately and took the time to explain everything to me before we even talked about a contract. Both Bunny and John were responsive, patient and helpful and assured me that this was NBD, they had it under control. I appreciate the time and effort they took to establish trust. When I finally got through to other tax preparers, they wanted 5x the $ and didn't seem to actually understand the situation. I'm sticking to Padgett.

I needed someone to do my taxes because they had become complex enough and I did not think I had the time. They were efficient knowledgeable and did everything remotely. It was money well spent.
