I had a terrible experience at this urgent care facility. I was in the start of an asthma attack and needed immediate medical attention, but they turned me away because they claimed they were at maximum capacity. Then they advised me to go to another location. As someone in the medical field, I couldn’t even imagine turning down a patient who is in urgent need of help; it absolutely disgusts me. Went to Urgent Care a day before Thanksgiving, there were 5 people in front of me. The wait was about 30 minutes to be seen. Emma Anderson gave me the thorough exam, tested me for Covid, even thought I was positive I had pneumonia. Emma was correct, I had Covid. I was given a prescription for Paxlovid. Wonderful experience!

Pathetic. As an MGB employee I’m extremely disappointed. I have MGB insurance (obviously) and the person at the desk is saying that in order to have 1(yes 1) tiny little dissolvable stitch removed I need to pay $75. What ?? On earth??Makes zero sense my doctor is out of town and said they will do it no problem, why would they charge you?Haha , what a joke. Why bother having insurance at all.
