I pay for the wellness plan. It's the best if you have pets. Once you have the plan you can visit any of their locations. This is a perk because if one location is busy you can visit the others. Any of the locations I've been to the service is always warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

Bandfield in Westwood has been amazing with our pit Isabella. They always are able to get convenient appointments,the staff is courteous and friendly ,and the vets are great! Emergency appointments have been easy to get as well! Isabella was sick recently and they all were so good with her care!!!

We are originally associated with the banfield hospital in North Attleboro, but came here go get my cat an appointment sooner. Not only was it full of kind staff, but this location doesn't man handle their cats and rush to get them out in and out as quickly as possible. The other banfield claimed my cat was vicious, but she was perfectly fine here because she was not scared and treated with TLC. It is worth the half hour drive for us to get the vet care she deserves!
