Technicians Jerry and Ben were fantastic. They explained the entire inspection , quietly and efficiently performed the necessary maintenance, and at our request, gave us a detailed estimate of a battery powered system which we intend to have installed at a later date. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Pioneer Basement to all our friends and family.

We have been clients of Pioneer Basement for nearly 14 years. They expertly designed and installed their sump pump/drain system to protect our entire basement, and come each year to perform a thorough inspection, and if necessary, servicing of the equipment. We recently completed our first year with our basement pumping system. So, it was time for our first yearly maintenance. When the technician arrived, he took time to explain each step of the process to me. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. The entire pump system was taken apart inspected and cleaned. The pump itself was scrubbed and brushed and the liners were also scrubbed.
