“I have previously used The Maids a couple of years ago when first purchasing my propery/home a couple of years ago. I thought they did a great job then. I had a need for their services recently and contacted them to do deep cleaning on both residences on my property. It needing tending to due to recent unexpected family health issues etc. They scheduled me the next day. Provided estimated pricing. The arrived the next morning and a couple hours in they informed me that one home was nearing completion and to ensure the other home was tended to properly it would be more than original quoted. At first I was a little stunned, but agreed because it needed to be done. I didn't know what to expect and was cautiously optimistic about the results. Needless to say.... PURE TEARS OF JOY!!!!! Cindy and her team went ABOVE & BEYOND. It was more than I could've hoped for. In today's day & age we don't see that often and she over delivered! The price was even lower then the 2nd estimate. I will be using them again. They took such pride and care while in my home and they did not skimp on the little details. It's a luxury that I could do this, and it was worth the financial price. “I&F impressed me from the start. I live in an entirely different state from where this company is based and they continuously do their best to accommodate my requests for cleanings. They always get me in and never flake or reschedule.

At our first meeting Filipe walked me through a thorough consult and was fully informative and professional. Ingrid came for the first clean and it blew me away! Each subsequent time the girls have come they've been prepared, so kind and hard working. When they are done my house smells and looks so good it’s like a dopamine hit, lol. I wish i could afford to have them come weekly!!

I trust I&F and would recommend them for your cleaning needs. There can sometimes be a language barrier but the owners of the company are very helpful to help with communications if needed (via txt or call). Like most cleaning arrangements, the longer you go the more work is required so you will find better results if you have cleanings consistently vs waiting months between. This is all my opinion, not a paid promo .. I’ve tried 3 home cleaners over the past 1.5 years and I am happiest with I&F.“
