I called East Coast about a couple small concerns about my car, and even though they were busy Rick was able to accommodate me and got my car in the next day to be looked at. Turned out the couple concerns I had were pretty big mechanical and safety issues and it turned out to be a huge repair job. Rick was in touch with me the whole time and explanatory about the issues and what the fixes were. I was really impressed, the cost was fair (if not great for what my car needed) and the work was done quickly.
