“I hired the Narrow Lane to help me with a landscape design for my yard and I am thrilled with the plan they created for me! I moved into a new construction home recently and the yard is a completely blank slate. I don't have the budget to hire landscapers to do everything for me so I want to do much of the labor myself. I filled out the consultation form on their website, and the owner Ron reached out promptly to schedule a call and discuss my needs. I had debated going with a virtual design company such as Yardzen, but after speaking with Ron, I knew I made the right choice going with a local company. Ron and the landscape designer Alison came out to my property to get a feel for the space and understand my vision. I showed them inspiration pictures and what elements I wanted for the yard. They also had someone come out and take exact measurements of the property. Alison is a true artist! She understood my vision and created beautiful 2D and 3D renderings for me to reference. She also listed all of the plants and materials I will need and exactly where to put them. For $1500, I think this is a great deal, and I am very happy with the excellent services they provided (Yardzen charges about the same and they don't have someone come out in person)! Alison also offered to go to the plant store with me this summer and pick out plants together. The whole team is super professional and they seemed really excited to work on this project with me! We had a fairly complex situation with fairly challenging topography, a restricted wetland area behind our home which limited our options, and a townhome situation - requiring coordination with multiple units. Justin and Lauren went above and beyond to make sure the details of our plan would solve our needs, including exploring multiple potential solutions and working with the town conservation committee to understand the restrictions and get approval for our plan. They were also very professional, responsive and accommodating throughout the process especially as we had a few hiccups along the way including a major rainstorm which exposed a couple of issues and resulted in rethinking our plans halfway through the project. In the end, we are very happy with the work they did in collaboration with their partner, Jack, which included installing a new permeable parking spot / walkway which drains to a pop-up emitter — it not only looks great, but adds functionality including both parking and drainage (and has stood up very effectively to multiple heavy rainfalls this winter!). “Riverfront Landscaping and team helped design and install 70 ft retaining wall to open up the driveway and improve the overall appearance of the property. Highly recommend working with the owner, Kyle he's very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and flexible as things change in the field.

The build team was led by Klint. Klint and crew worked late multiple days to account for a few field changes. These including installing materials I brought in to create a playground area for kids and moving all the extra stone to start building a wall that was not initially scoped in the project around where we moved all the fill. “The men worked hard to take out our old cement patio; hard. Their skills showed in putting in the new patio (pavers). They not only put in a beautiful patio, but they did the clean up work well. They added some dirt where they had created a rut in the lawn from carrying out the cement in wheelbarrows and seeded it, they cleaned up near the adjoining garden, and they swept the driveway clean.
