I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem.
