Clothes were not ready on the promised dates. We went there four times only to be given a new date and told to return. Also they took zero accountability when one of our jackets came back damaged.

The most unprofessional and incompetent dry cleaner we've ever experienced. This place simply does not deliver. Seriously, avoid it if you value your time and clothing.Ruining clothes - One of my coats had a significant issue after we got it back. The owner promised to fix it and told us to return. We went back FOUR times over the course a month after the initial pick up date and only to be told that he didn't have time to fix it. On my last trip in, I saw the coat had been left on the counter exactly where we had left it a week prior. Ending: they never fixed the issue, complained it wasn't their problem, and we had to leave with a ruined coat. Takes no accountability - If something goes wrong, the owner will deflect any responsibilities. In the case of my coat, he kept telling me it wasn't his fault. In the case of repeatedly asking us to return and wasting our time, his response was "you don't need a coat at this time of the year anyways," "it would take me 30 mins to work on it even though it's not my fault," and "I don't care because I didn't do it." Cannot deliver on the date promised - We dropped of a couple of jackets and a month and half and two trips later, were told the cleaning company was on vacation come back next week. When we pressed, the owner admitted that he had no idea when the jackets would be ready and it may be a couple of months given their cleaning company is on "vacation." No respect or customer service - Never an apology for any of the above. The owner also acted like he did not remember previous encounters. Always tried to have us come back the "next week." Just. washes. his. hands.Also don't believe any responses they provide. Our experience shows that they lie to get the business and then pushes off the responsibility to the customers.

NEVER AGAIN! I sent my dress here to be dry-cleaned. They need almost a week. There was a stain in the front and I pointed it out When I picked it up the stain was still there. IT WAS NEVER TREATED! What's more, they are only a delivery location so even though my event was that day the actual place where garments are cleaned is in Chelmsford. VERY bad. They had no explanation. Later that day I went to Royal Cleaners a few miles away in Waltham. They took the dress, got the stain out and charged me a fraction of the price. I will Never trust these people again and ONLY go to Royal Cleaners 922 Main Street Waltham.
