He showed me how some things work on my furnace and cleared off my sump pump hose caused he noticed it wasn't draining. He didn't have to do any of those things. “This is the cleanest plumber who has ever come out to my home. He wore overshoes on top of his boots and put down a tarp even though he was only changing faucets and not doing anything very messy. I was missing some parts and he went and got them quickly instead of lollygagging at the supply house eating popcorn.
