“I can’t thank Northern Climate enough for coming out and getting my air conditioning running again this weekend. With this crazy humidity my central air stopped working and I thought I was going to have to wait till next week to get it up and running but after calling them late last night and actually speaking with a live person and not getting a voicemail or an answering service I was able to be walked through and troubleshoot some of issues I was having. Matt was very knowledgeable and extremely patient working with me but unfortunately it wasn’t anything I could fix myself. Matt came out first thing the following morning and fixed everything, cleaned the entire unit top to bottom. Left no mess behind when he was done. He was/is very professional. “They did really good job discussing different options and finding the best "bang for the buck" solution. Saved me thousands comparing to different quotes. Also the Samsung units they instaled are really nice and quiet and no anoying draft.

I initially thought about DIY the project but after seeing how much work they had to do Im glad I did not :D

Also the crew seemed really nice guys.

My only complain is that the condensation pumps are on the nosier side, but I guess this is something that can be discussed before the project and there are quiter units if you are willing to spend few extra $.

“This is the cleanest plumber who has ever come out to my home. He wore overshoes on top of his boots and put down a tarp even though he was only changing faucets and not doing anything very messy. I was missing some parts and he went and got them quickly instead of lollygagging at the supply house eating popcorn. He pinpointed a problem with a supply line in the basement that previous plumbers had not been able to figure out and put on higher quality washer hoses at my request.
