The doctor and staff were all very kind and caring for our cat. They answered all our questions and asked if we understood everything discussed. We were told we can call, email or text at anytime.
We brought my daughter’s 2 year old hamster, Cookie, to the vet for an eye infection. Whole Pet was extremely easy to book an appointment with. As a first time client I was able to get an appt the next day. They sent me all forms ahead of time to fill out and bring with me which I loved because it allowed us to be taken right back into an exam room when we arrived. No waiting in a loud waiting room with an anxious animal! I thought the pricing was very fair compared to other vet clinics in the area. The team here really cares about trying their best to keep your pet comfortable and healthy. My Shiba Biscuit is a bit of a drama queen and they worked with us to make sure she was as stress free as possible (for a shiba…)
