I have been going to Westford nails for over 2 yrs and really liked the previous owner Van who always did a great job on my nails and also Kim, another really great lady with impeccable skills. After they both left, I was disappointed and not comfortable that anyone else could do a great job even though the new owner seemed really nice as I am very particular about my nails. I decided to give them another try since they were close to me and had John do my pedicure and manicure. I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to make an appointment through Google on a day when they were not open, which was amazing! They are also open on Sundays, which is literally the unicorn of nail salons. I have thin nails, so having any dremel used on them is extremely painful, I let them know, and they did most of the roughing up by hand. They came out great, although I don't know how I feel about my choice in color. Lol
