I can't say enough positive things about Paul and his team! I am a wedding planner here in Lowell, and my site crashed as we were heading into engagement season--eek!! I had my site managed elsewhere & needed a change. Paul stepped in immediately and was responsive, communicative, and incredibly helpful. He worked diligently (over the weekend, no less!) until my site was back up and more functional and streamlined than before.
