176 Walker St, Lowell“I recently finished physical therapy and I feel great back to 100%. I went in with a fractured heel. I was having such a hard time walking & pain all around it. My physical therapist was Brendan, what an awesome guy! Great personality and really passionate about his job. Brendan worked with me twice a week for about two months doing leg exercises and really getting the motion back when I would walk. I highly recommend Therafit and will be letting people know about them. THANK YOU Brendan & all the staff at that facility.Brendan ⭐️ haha inside joke! Thanks again buddy!“

529 Main St, Acton“Tom has been the best PT I've ever worked with. He has taken the time to find out the root causes of my pain and help me to develop long-misused muscles to correct old habits and imbalances. My hip injury was decades old before my replacement, so there was much to fix. He has been with me every step of the way, tweaking the work I do to help fix a lifetime of pain.Other PTs I've seen have just relied on stock exercise routines and ultrasound to "fix" a problem. Their "fixes" never lasted and the pain continued and led to more problems. Tom's thoughtful approach is finally, actually fixing the pains I've lived with for so long.Katie runs the office beautifully and always makes you feel welcome there. I've never had a problem with my insurance or billing thanks to her.I've already recommended Connections Acton to anyone who talks about needing PT. Now, I'm recommending them to you. They are worth the drive to Acton for the exceptional care.“

61 Central Square #4, Chelmsford“I met Jen when she hosted a baby and me pelvic floor class, which was so informative and welcoming. From there I saw her several times in her office. Her space was beautifully inviting, clean, private, and comfortable. Her gym for exercises is amazing, she helped inspire me to get my own mat/area at home! Jen helped me with some postpartum issues involving weak pelvic floor muscles. Jen was kind, welcoming and so inspiring. She not only taught me so many helpful exercises, but she always talked to me with such encouragement and support. She was always available to answer questions outside of our meetings, and her openness and kind heart made it easy to discuss anything. I will definitely go back to Jen if needed and will always recommend! Thank you Jen!“

201 Chelmsford St, Chelmsford“Dr Patel treated me for a painful left shoulder. On my first visit he asked me about how and when the pain developed and a history of my activities and then manipulated my shoulder and determined what the problem may be and developed a treatment plan. He explained everything to me. After several sessions he provided me with directions for home exercises. Since I am left handed he continually reminded not to overdue the exercises and to try and do some things right handed. It was a challenge but his recommendations did provide some relief. After several weeks of home exercises and vDr Patel visits the left shoulder pain is non existent. Dr Pater is an outstanding therapist. I highly recommend Dr Patel for any PT you may need. As an additional note the recommendation to FYZICAL was provided by an at home PT when coverage for the at home care ended.“
7AM - 5PM
30 Great Rd Suite 105, Acton“Kristen did an incredible job of helping me understand what areas needed work and how best to improve it. No pushiness at all with respect to any aspect, I was able to talk about any concerns or thoughts I had on the program we put together. Was money well spent - I initially thought I can figure this stuff out on my own, but I realized the level of guidance and expertise even in just one session is worth it.“
8AM - 6PM
15 Tyngsboro Rd #4a, North Chelmsford“I worked with Gerry to rehab an Achilles injury. I have been to several different physical therapy centers in the past where you get passed on from your therapist to one assistant after another, all while the main therapist rotates between multiple patients. You aren’t going to find his combination of expertise, individual attention, and care at any standard facility.“
8:30AM - 3PM
290 Baker Ave # N111, Concord“I'm a personal trainer who sought Melissa DelRossi's help in November 2017 after a debilitating hamstring tear. She was instrumental in decreasing my pain and swelling, advising me on next steps, and finding the right surgeon to reattach my hamstrings. After surgery I continued with PTAoC and worked with Melissa for nearly a year. Her positivity and good judgment saw me through small gains like fully straightening my leg and sitting upright to bigger ones like walking, stair climbing, and ultimately, exercise again. Her sense of humor and ability to connect could distract me from discomfort or focus me on exercise when each were needed. When my patience wore thin and I thought I would never be well again, Melissa reminded me with a calm and quiet confidence not to rush my healing or compare myself to others, but to do my best achieving my own goals. She never offered false hope about a quick recovery, but pointed out, time and again, how it was making me a better trainer. A year out from surgery I can say that it has, and every day I find opportunities to pay forward to my own clients the good lessons I learned in her care.“
8AM - 6PM
165 Thorndike St Suite 2001, Lowell“Just finished treatment on shoulders and thumbs. My shoulders are 95%, yay no rotator cuff surgery! Tendons look and feel great, I can sleep at night, even with my arms over my head. Thumbs are much better as well, can open jars, peel potatoes and so many other things I couldn’t do before.“
7AM - 5PM
485 Great Rd, Acton“I was running a lot and had gone from longer runs of 8-10 miles to pain in my knee only a couple of miles in. Nothing I tried worked and I worried I just couldn’t run anymore. Within a couple of weeks of PT, I was doing 4 miles again. 8 sessions in, I had run 8 miles without pain. He knows his stuff! Would recommend to anyone who has pain stopping them from training. Don’t wait till you’ve gotten to a point of despondency like I did!“
7AM - 8PM
340 Great Rd, Acton“Very accommodating and great PT. I had contacted several PT facilities who could not schedule me for several weeks. ATI put me on the cancellation list and I got in right away.“
7AM - 6:30PM
310 Baker Avenue Extension Suite 175D, Concord“Been a great experience so far with both Pelvic Floor PT that I have seen. The customer service can be a little slower to get back to you though. Also no receptionist for you to call in case you were running late. The call center always has a long wait, at least 30-45 mins, so no point waiting or leaving VM if you want to tell your PT you are running late or if you have an urgent question/concern.Otherwise the experience with the PT was top notch. They have been thorough, knowledgeable and always enthusiastic to help me.The center is pretty big with pools, gym, various therapies. Lots of parking and also a nice area to sit outside while you wait, when the weather is good.“
“Lynn is fantastic. She puts you totally at ease, focuses on exactly what you want. I buy a block of visits and see her weekly. She’s the reason my shoulders aren’t in pain.“
