I just finished installation of 2 heat pumps and associated ducting in my (26 years old) house. Both my wife and I were dreading this project because of its anticipated scale, especially ducts installation, and its expected disruptions. The job was big, but the anticipated disruptions didn't really materialize. Credit for that goes to Pete and his crew. They did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, clean and very careful when working in the house. They finished the job on time, always a big plus with such big project, and where very responsive throughout to any requests they could realistically accommodate. Nashoba Heating & Cooling is the company I wholeheartedly recommend for heating and cooling. Pete is the competent, friendly and considerate owner of the company. He gave me excellent advice and offered me a system that makes ecological as well as economic sense. The price for the system was very reasonable, and Pete was more than fair regarding price adaptation when I took a bit more time than originally planned for my decision, due to other priorities that had come in.Pet and his team, including Harriet, were always approachable and followed up fast. My heating system died Friday, 2/3/2013, the coldest day of the year, two hours after another company came in try to fix the noise but did not and when I called right away about heating system completely died and was told they won't be able to find part till Monday when office open. I called Nashoba heating on Saturday morning but their office closed with a number for emergency. So I called, a lady answered, asked a few questions, then she called around and found the motor in another town, sent a technician to get the part and one to my house to get ready. When they took apart the furnace, found that the wheel also broken and completely shattered so they went out again...read full review
