We've used them for around a year, and so far so good. Easy to order oil, quick delivery, friendly customer service. I hope they keep it up. It's nice to not have drama with fuel delivery.

Ok so. I have never experienced such customer service in my life. JA Healy installed a new furnace and ac unit 1.5 years ago and did a superb job. When I went to turn on the ac during the heat wave it failed. I called the office and shortly after they were at my home and diagnosed a bad compressor. The same day they called and ordered another. They requested that the part be shipped overnight - vendor agreed to do that, except they didn’t do it that day. Diane and her team did EVERYTHING they could. What a great job! These guys came to install a couple of mini splits and we could not be happier! Punctual with their timing and worked hard throughout the day to get everything running! I look forward with working with them in the future for all of our needs.
