Jessica was a great surprise, she was not only fantastic in her abilities but also had a wonderful personality and that made me feel I was not only in great hands but was having a great time with and old friend.
Dr Solky was very professional but also was concerned with other matters I had not been scheduled for, that really was a surprise that I was totally taking care of by someone who really care. He was funny too.
The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. My doctor is thorough and takes her time. She communicates well, and she seems to genuinely care about her patients. I'm very grateful for AP Derm in Westford.
As a new patient, it was a 4 month lead time to get an appointment for an annual check up. My appointment was on a Monday morning, and the parking lot was quite full so I did a couple of laps before securing a spot. An hour or so later there seemed to be more availability. Check in was brief, only one form to sign. I was seated for 10 minutes when a male medical assistant showed me to my room, updated the reason for visit on his laptop, then instructed me to remove everything except underwear, and he departed after closing a privacy curtain. 20 minutes later Dr Christie Williams and the male medical assistant arrived.
