We are delighted that we went with Wagner for carpeting three rooms in our home. First, Rob couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining the options we had. He answered all of our questions and concerns clearly and completely. On installation day Manny and Pete arrived promptly at the promised time and immediately went to work, which included moving a piano. They were cordial and professional throughout the process and went above and beyond our expectations. They did three rooms without stopping. When they left after clean-up, it was like they were never here, except our floors looked amazing. We are pleased beyond measure. Wagner is the best.
