From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were both knowledgeable and passionate. They handled our cats with gentleness and patience, ensuring they were calm and comfortable throughout. Dr. Kara took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and offer helpful advice. It’s rare to find such a great blend of expertise and compassion. Consistently good service and relatively reasonable costs for pet health care. Very responsive to questions, and appointment requests, Great hours, very thorough explanations of care planning. We trust them with our cat and have recommended them to friends and family on many occasions.

Pet house calls is great! They are friendly, caring, compassionate and extremely supportive. We've been taking our dogs to them for years, they treated them like their own. When I had to make the hard decision to put my furbaby down in January 2017 they explained the procedure and was right there to answer any of my questions and again in 2018. This is the only vet I recommend to everyone in western mass they are far best the best!!
